Before You Call
How much freezer space do I need?
As a rough guide, a chest freezer around 5–7 cubic feet comfortably holds a quarter, and 14–16 cubic feet fits a half. We'll help you plan the right size when you call.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both — local pickup at the ranch, plus delivery within our service area. Let us know your address when you order and we'll confirm the best option.
Can I choose my own cuts?
Yes. When you order a quarter, half, or whole, we go over a cut sheet by phone so your steaks, roasts, and ground beef come exactly how your family uses them.
What if I don't need a whole quarter?
Ask when you call — we can sometimes put together smaller mixed boxes outside of the standard bulk sizes, depending on availability.
How do I pay?
We'll cover accepted payment methods when you call to place your order.
